At SILVER TRADEIMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be raised within [7/10] days of delivery

  • The product should be free from scratches, damages, or alterations

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance offers

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Unboxing video (if available)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details

  2. Our team will review and approve the return request

  3. Ship the product back as per the instructions provided

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
