Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

The order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product qualifies for return as per our Return Policy and is approved after inspection.

Refund requests must be supported by relevant details, including order information and photographic evidence where applicable.
